This artistic vision (Flying above Paris is forbiden) shows a TWA lockheed Constellation Super G arriving at Paris by night. I made this painting on commission for the French Model kit Company Heller. As a child I have built many model kits of different brands, among them the Heller kits. When I was working on this painting, I could remember that, in my childhound, I was fascinated by the "boxarts" (the illustrations on the box covers). Even when I was finished with building (badly) the kits, I always kept these boxarts and trained copying with a pencil these wonderfull illustrations. Today I try to arouse the same feelings on young model kits builders when they stare at my works. It's a great challenge !
