We are in 1958. The qualifications of the French Grand Prix takes place in terrible heat. The show is both on the track and in the paddocks. Mike Hawthorn is on his way to take the pole position driving his Ferrari Dino 246. On his right, you can see Caroll Shelby in a Maserati 250 F chased by Maurice Trintignant in his Cooper. In the paddocks, it's an anthology of all the protagonists of the formula one in the fifties (not only the pilots). This Grand Prix is the last for Fangio who put an end on his tremendous carrier and it's also the last one for Luigi Muso who will die during the race.
