April 1945. Captain Hans Dortenmann flies over Berlin's ruins. he is opponing vainly his Focke Wulf 190D against a pack of Yak 3 fighters. He finally succeeded to shot down one of the Russian aircrafts signing his 38th and last victory. I found some help with original 8mm colour films to paint the background. this stunning 8mm movies showing the ruins of Berlin are visible on youtube.
